Hi all, have only been on Warfarin a few months and I know the clocks will be changing soon. So my question is do I take my tablets at what will be the new 6pm once they change or do I adapt and take them at the old 6pm. Hope that makes sense ☺️. Or do I change gradually??? Thanks

HiI have been on warfarin for over 20 years and have always taken tablets at the same time even with a clock change. An hour difference won't affect levels.

Hope this helps 😊

Agree with Becky, don’t worry about it. The advice I’ve been given is that an hour or so either way doesn’t really matter, so if 6pm at the moment, 6pm BST is fine.

I think the warfarin evens itself out over > 1-2 days.
