I send this message about a subject which doesn't appear frequently, according to me, in the thread.
I'm talking about a sudden feeling of tiredness which requires to stop his activity and to slow down.
Is this event common with AMN and how to manage it. I could use the term of invisible ceiling on which we are limited and which reduce the ability to recover (or try to recover) a "normal" capacity (or something like that)
I'm just searching if someone soon met this problem and what was used to answer this problem encountered.
I thank you

Exhaustion, or brain fog, was one of my first symptoms. It’s debilitating for me to the point that I must lie down daily for a nap - anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes. As soon as I do I’m right back to myself and doing what I need to do! Huge difference between my pre and post nap attitude! My husband has had to come to terms with this, but not taking the nap is not an option. If I don’t I’m just not able to deal with much of anything. Hooray for naps!! lol!!
Thank you very much for your answer. I understand in your answer that you need a regularly nap to respond to episodes of tiredness and I perfectly understand it. I was concerned by this at the beginning of my problems but less now.
What happened with me occurs not regularly for the moment and broke out almost immediatly. I didn't think to take my blood pressure ( I was "out of order" !) to check this point.
I'm not completely sure this problem concerns AMN and that why I send this question
