Yes, the muscles in the general groin area are affected by AMN and will slowly become harder to control. It helps to keep tensing and relaxing them as this should slow down the deterioration that will occur.

I know what you are talking about. Sometimes I don't know if I am holding it in or pushing it out. I have always had constipation and use Miralax to help with that but it seems I rarely have a good BM and truly clear out. Fun stuff to talk about but affects my life daily.
