Hi guys, a month ago I won some CBD oil from an online competition hosted by a pro boxer. Since taking this I have noticed it has cut my urinary frequency by about half. I was usually needing to go 15/20 a day and now i probably only go 10 times. It has also took a little bit of the urge off to, but i still wear my sheath when going out for the day. Even in the house with no sheath on i was having accidents but these aren't as frequent now, which is a massive help. Also my night time leg spasms seemed to have improved since taking the oil. The oil is full spectrum.

Wow!! I'm going through some devastating symptoms from OAB, considering surgery. If this would possibly help me ... it'd be worth it! Thanks for sharing!!
Hi, you could definitely give it a try to see if it helps your OAB, my symptoms are really bad to. I've started on the 1000mg bottle and that seems to be working for me so far, they do a lot higher strength's to but i will stick with the 1000mg for now. If you do purchase a bottle from their website use code FOWLER and this will get you 30% off your order. Good luck. supremecbd.co.uk
What does is in the treatment - mg, microgm? Is that what you mean by full spectrum?
hi I currently take the 1000mg oil, there oils range from 500mg to 12,000mg
Not to cast doubt on jordlee21's post or for that matter denigrate SupremeCBD, but I got to wondering how the various suppliers of CBD oil source their oils.
A bit of googling (e.g. "where do CBD retailers get their oils from?") came up with some interesting info.
This UK site is useful:

What it does indicate is that there are a lot of opportunities to end up with below-par products. I am sure SupremeCBD is good and at least they show recent lab reports. But it would be nice to know a bit more about where they get their oils.
I am sure that our friends in the US and Canada who are farther ahead in CBD usage than the UK can add further insights.
Thanks jordlee21 for getting us started in this discussion, it has been very useful. Let us know if the CBD benefit continues.
