I would like to know exactly too. I read something about the pituitary, adrenal and testes all not being in synch. I'm not sure if that is true or not because for me it is also a lack of sensation at times.

As far as I understand it, the nerves which control the penis are in the same place as those for bladder and leg muscles so it's all about neuropathy in the spine.

I use Trimix that my urologist prescribes. It’s an injection (does not hurt though even though it’s in the penis). Works wonderfully! I just refilled it and it’s about $75 for about 12 uses (lasts for up to 2 hours) Depends on how much it takes to be effective. Sensation is the hard one to overcome, but good stimulation devices help out in that area. That price is in the US and insurance won’t cover any cost of course.

It’s definitely a nerve damage issue and I use alprostadil injections at a compound pharmacy as it’s not covered by insurance either.
