Diet for AMN

Does anyone have any diet they go by or anything I eat whatever just seeing what you guys do

I don't know how others have faired, but I have tried every diet under the sun, including eliminating all VLCFA's. I have found that I am best just eating a healthy diet and not really worrying too much about what I eat. Enjoy the little pleasures in life.

I don't believe in diets, just in eating healthily. There is no particular diet that will help AMN, but it makes all kind of sense to eat a balanced diet, with plenty of fruit and veg, nuts, protein. A good diet does make you feel better overall I believe, and that will help you deal with AMN.

I agree I was seeing if any doctors said stay away from this food that food. I take omega 3 oil and vitamins d3 magnesium and just eat normal

Our bodies will make VLCFAs, even if we don't consume them, so diet is unlikely to help. Nevertheless, eating a tonne of long chain fats is probably not a great idea so I try not to eat too many vegetable oils and fats (nuts, etc) and generally cook using animal or dairy fat...
