I posted about the gut/brain connection before. The more I read about it, the more it makes sense.

Direct connections to alzheimers, Parkinson's, autism.

I've even started making yogurt. If you are interested, here is the method I use.

Good on you. Feeding yourself properly benefits the mind/body connection, the gut being a primary target.
