Rich is still sending private messages.

Is there a way to remove Rich from sending private messages? I have a physical therapy appointment today and his message(s) are affecting my mindset. They are defeating and negative which is not conducive to my own well being. Once he is removed form sending messages, I will delete this post. Thank you.

But you can mute messages from a user and he will know that you have done this. You can un-mute later.
