Where is everyone located?

As I was laying in bed last night, I was thinking about throughout all of the different countries in the world, where are most people with adrenomyeloneuropathy located. It seems to me, that the majority of people on this message board are from North America, or Europe. That’s not to say that this is the whole population that congregates on this message board, but it feels like you don’t see or hear too many in Africa for example or China.

Seems we are all in The West. Doesn't surprise me.

Language barriers would preclude anyone from China and Japan, where I know for a fact there are some excellent AMN groups, they share information amongst themselves (spoiler, nothing new to learn there, Baclofen, Clonazepam, Tizanidine, and the like).

Africa? I have lived there (briefly), and if it's hard for patients in the UK/US to access/pay for treatment, it'd be nigh on impossible there. One of the main things that people would ask me for over there (apart from money) was Aspirin. Forget about genetic tests and MRI's. Throw in Internet access into the bargain. Alls gots to be paid for.
