I've just watched Trump deliver his State of the Union. All predictable, Trump-esque stuff.

Some nonsense about lowering medical costs, hmmm, but then he mentioned Right to Try.

As long as the drug/treatment has passed Stage 1 testing you have the right to try it (if you are terminally ill).

Of course, doctors are under no obligation to prescribe experimental treatments.

But it could ease the way for these new stem cell treatments that currently you have to fly abroad for.

Course, it being America, you gots to pay, and insurance would be of no help at all.

Still, could bring costs down.
