Spanish study using TUDCA and the other NAC, Vitamin E, and alpha-lipoic acid

I’m sure many have stumbled on the two separate Spanish studies using TUDCA and the other NAC, Vitamin E, and alpha-lipoic acid. I’ve tried each for awhile, however stopped. It is very difficult to try and do a study on yourself. Has anyone had any success/results?

I took a huge cocktail of antioxidants for over a year. No luck, nothing at all. The one I never took was tudca, I ordered some but it never arrived. I'm happy to have another try, still have kilos of powder left from my experiments.

I just did high dose ALA for a while. It did nothing. The FDA doesn't even regulate these over the counter drugs/chemicals, so it could have been anything in those capsules. Either way, I've tried enough things to know that a placebo effect doesn't work on me.

I took TUDCA at varying dosages for a good 18 months before I started the MIN-102 trial. It didn't seem to make any difference although it did seem to make me go to the toilet more frequently.
