Alopecia areata

HiI had my son in 2005, emergency caesarian and I lost a lot of blood.

Shortly after I started getting bald patches.Diagnosed alopecia areata.

This has gone on since then but my question is does anyone think it could be iron/ ferritin?

Results show as in range but I know from being hypothyroid thats not always adequate
