fibro pain sucks

Hi, I am chirner and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for about 10 years. I have dealt with it mostly alone because most people don't know about the condition or don't understand it (including some doctors!). I have been coping ok up until now and the pain and fibro fog (flair-ups) are getting worse. I have had to increase my pain meds (mostly gabapentin). I am also starting an anti inflammatory/clean eating diet. Which seems to be helping with the pain and with loosing some weight. I am also getting started with hydrotherapy so I will let everyone know how that is working. Does anyone have other suggestions?
