Hi not long diagnosed with fibro and cronic fatigue still pretty un clear whats going on . Kicked from esa 3 dec (have 3 children eldest being 6 ) told to claim jsa , which im not wasting my time with as im pretty much unemployable in my trade (roofing ) is right they can do this after my doc and a specialist can saying im not fit for work ?

yes they can they done it to me, and they overrule sicknotes

Unfortunately yes they can, but you can put in a good case and appeal against the decision

I think is wrong how this can be done its just a stress and rigmarole i could do with out

Go see a welfare rights officer at your local citizens advice they have helped me big time. I retired last oct at age 61 with fibro, osteo and calcium crystal disease that had not been diagnosed and put down to fibro.. have you got a good physio on your side? mine does acupuncture, takes me in a hydrotherapy pool and I feel really good for days after,, learning to pace your enegeries is important to make it last.. from m12 years on meds I now have very little with the help of alternative medicine.

5 years on I’m no better off I signed myself off the sick and tried to deal with everything on my own I’m thousands in debt through attempting to start my own business the brain fogging has messed that up big time benefits again still not much joy even though cfs and fibromyalgia more recognised now Sent a questionnaire into the job centre 6 months ago now I’m still on uc , I’ve give up atm I haven’t got the energy atm to even think about chasing it up
