oh yes, I find it some of the best medicine for me. my EP was more aware of my anxiety than I even was and I knew it was there. A few times he brought it up. I told him I have medication. I take it when I need it. Finally it was almost as if he put his foot down to and he informed me he more than I think I do. He also spoke to my GP, who was the one that prescribed it. I hate to say it, but he was right it pretty much stopped my triggers for the most part. Definitely nothing like they had been. If you can soothe your mind in a good way, you will feel it as a travels through your body at least I can feel it and I like the feeling it’s almost like getting a massage.

I meditate every night. It helps with everything. I also eat healthy, exercise etc. I post occasionally about how these affect the AF. The only AF episodes in the last two years were during the two weeks I was taking prednisone for a severe allergic rash.
