Well everyone the mongrel back again had small dinner sat down instant acceleration of bpm . Did the vagal exercise straight away and stopped it meanwhile blood pressure went up to 150/92 pulse 68 sinus rhythm showing nothing still the same blood pressure 2 hours later took another dose 1.25 bisoprolol recheck after 9 hrs now 112/82 just saying to all this is a learning curve for all of us I now have learnt if my blood pressure starts to rise during the week to 12pplus I will now be taking a tablet earlier to see if this works ie pip take care all
