1 year today since cryo Ablation.I have survived COVID,Wisdom tooth extraction.7 day Norovirus which definitely gave me a couple of days of Arrythmia readings (not AFib).Still some excercise intolerance & fitness slipped but everyday a bonus.

All seems well and what good news you have after your bad dose of the runs. Those palpitations were likely a result of tiredness, or perhaps even mild dehydration, rather than the Imodium. Did that help, by the way? I never like to take it as I prefer the bug to be gotten rid of, but I expect it's entirely safe for your heart.

I believe overuse can cause Arrythmia. It seemed to help when watery. But doesn't help when you try eating.

I did have constipation for a few days when things settled.

Ok now though
