Lemsip contains phenylephrine which can raise blood pressure and is not usually recommended if you have AF unless prescribed by adoctor for low blood pressure. It also contains aspartame as an artificial sweetner that certainly is not tolerated by many. I stick to paracetamol and hot lemon drinks with honey
