My heart feels like it's trembling and fluttering most of the time . Makes me feel quite unwell. Had a Cardioversion , heart rate not bad now but still got these awful symptoms. Could it be Atrial ectopics . Anyone else like this ?

If you are still getting these symptoms it is worth contacting your Cardiologist or GP to discuss them .You may require additional tests or treatment and it's better to get this sorted sooner rather than later.

Take care and let us know how you get on , Bee

I was given a number to call the cardio nurses at the hospital where I had my cardioversion if I had any symptoms after cardioversion - thankfully never needed to use it. If you were not given a contact number than you need to get in touch with your either cardiologist or EP who referred you for cardioversion and discuss these symptoms with them.

Morning Myflowers , I get these symptoms when I am in AF . You say your HR is ‘not bad’ , I take it that you mean not too fast . Is it regular ? You could feel your pulse and see if it’s regular , or check with BP monitor / smart watch or whatever equipment you may have . You can have fast AF or slower AF . The ultimate way of knowing is an ECG .

Hello Ossie7. My heart rate was fast and irregular, gone slower since Cardioversion. Still flips now and goes missed beats and irregular .
