I've tried it years ago but it made no difference so I stopped. It does work for some so I would keep taking it if you feel it is working for you

I have been taking Mg Taurate every morning for many years. It certainly helped my ectopics. Dr Sanjay Gupta indicated potential benefits which is why I originally tried it.

Mg Taurate from Cardiovascular Research is quite expensive in the UK. But I now buy it from Lucky Vitamins in the in USA. Delvery is quite quick to the UK and never had any duty to pay.

I' m not sure if it's appropriate to post a link here to the product on their site but I can PM you if you want.

EDIT - I see it's also available on Amazon now for a similar price

Two suggestions: you have a blood test to measure your red cell Mg level and secondly if in the upper quartile of the acceptable range you consider taking CoQ10 as well. Advice given to me by a London Naturopath. Followed this myself for 8 yrs except I can't get my Mg level up from the bottom quartile; this may be due to too much calcium in the diet or other reasons.
