I've been having multiple runs of ventricular eptopics, confirmed by a Kardia report. They are driving me wild. I'm 10 weeks post ablation and have a chest infection so I'm hoping they may bugger off.
What I want to ask is it worth having a magnesium supplement? I take prescribed multi vitamins and my bloods are fine so would it benefit taking magnesium on top? I'm happy to try anything to thwart these evil bumps?
If a good idea, can anyone recommend which to buy on Amazon and the dose and just checking it can't have a negative effect can it?
Thanks all xoxo

Should you consider supplementing because you don’t eat enough greens, nuts … Surely you do (-: Please, consider a blood test first, just to see where you are at.
Of course, make sure that supplemental magnesium is not contraindicated by you taking other medications. Get a good quality, bio-available supplement. Amazon, hmm?!?
My friend is sensitive to magnesium, gets palpitations, I think she is a rare creature though but yes, it can be bad )-:
Thank you. All bloods are normal ( except I severely anemic which turns out can cause arrhythmia which I didn't know!!) I just thought it was worth taking it hoping it may help.
I've just checked my blood results and it says
Serum magnesium level (XM0m2) 0.91 mmol/l [0.7 - 1.normal range] So I guess I'm covered!...just looking for a miracle pill to kick these eptopics into touch!
I take magnesium taurate from Douglas labs. I think tests for magnesium LD eps are quite rNdom. All I can say is taking everyday. Half a tab may well have helpedc me.
