It is going on about 4 months since procedure. For a couple of days my occasional flips were feeling like they were getting faint if that makes any sense. But today my heart wanted to try to go into afib. This happens after I eat. Only for a few seconds but enough to put me right back into being anxious and scared.

I think you may have a clue regarding eating? Many people experience eating various foods at various times can trigger arrythmias. For me it wasn’t what I ate but what I did after I ate. I learned I needed to eat less, take more time and stay in Rest and Digest mode for at least 30 mins after eating, upright at table. My worst episodes were when I tried to eat too much, stick to the stop when you are 80% full rule, or in a rush or on the go or got up too quickly.
For others it’s a particular food which triggers a reaction so keep a very precise food/symptom diary.
Hope some of that helps.
I agree totally with all that CDreamer has said. I know not to overeat and then I always sit for a while after a meal. The less I eat the better I feel.
