Almost at 10 weeks after cryo for afib. Wondering when these flips will cease. 2 days ago I had a day with hardly anything which was wonderful. But just when you think you got it made.. wham! I just pray that this will soon go away for good.

Plenty of time as we keep saying. Worry in six months.

I know it’s difficult but there is a limit to the number of different ways that we can tell you that it can take 3 to 6 months for the heart to recover from an ablation. On the days you feel better, try and resist the temptation to do too much because that may well set you back. There is no easy answer, no magic wand, it can just take time to recover……..

Hi, I had my ablation about 10 weeks ago and I’m still getting episodes here there and everywhere. I’m trying to eat healthy as I know now that a lot of food can bring it on.

Some of my episodes have lasted over 48 hours.

Try not to worry too much if you can, a lot of people can have this up to 3/6 months.

You're bound to have ups and downs like this. You're still early in the healing process. Deep breathing, calm thinking and not overdoing are key words of wisdom.
