Well I filled up my days of the week pill box this morning, but for the life of me can't find it now! Have searched absolutely everywhere, even in the fridge and every cupboard. Any psychics on the forum? Yes that was psychics, not psychiatrists. Though I think I may need the latter if I don't find the pill box soon.

I filled it sat at my PC. Have looked all around there, on the floor and in the dresser. Everywhere you have suggested. It's driving me mad. X

We found out door keys in a shoe once, in the wardrobe. We could have started at the other end of the house ...

Jean - serious. If you can't find it get down to the chemist tomorrow and get enough to cover you for Christmas. They will give you an emergency supply. You may have enough anyway but make sure you are covered.

Fortunately Paul, there are still quite a few pills left in the original boxes. That's where I took some from for my dose last night. Thanks for your support.

Have looked in the bin, just recycling ones to check in the garage, leaving those until all the spiders are back in their beds for the day, but I know I haven't put anything in them as they were at the roadside for collection from Wednesday night to late afternoon yesterday. Good suggestion though thank you.

Where do you keep your pill bottles? Maybe put it with them? Any drawers around your computer? Fell behind the computer? I've accidentally thrown things away. Frustrating. I have a feeling your pill box will show up.

Yes it is. I have to be really careful myself anymore. 😕 Check, check and triple check. But I still have times when that fails me. Not lost my pill box yet. I keep it with my pill bottles which are in a container. Doesn't keep me from dropping a pill though and it rolling off into neverland. I still think you'll find your pill box when you aren't really looking. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones. 🎅⛄

Not yet, thanks for asking. I'm afraid. I'm going to stop searching now and hope the pill box eventually turns up. So annoying, but thankfully I ordered more from doc yesterday.

It's funny, but that quite often happens doesn't it. It's the same if you can't remember someone's name, when you stop struggling to remember it comes to you. I've given up looking for the pill box now.
Have found it! Opened the wardrobe door next to the bedside cabinet where I keep my pill box and there it was amongst my shoes at the bottom. I'd searched all around that area, but didn't think of opening the wardrobe. I think I must have caught the pill box on some clothes I put in there yesterday. Why I didn't look in there - well goodness only knows!

That is really funny! So glad you found it. Pockets and sweepy clothes are responsible for a lot of misfiles 
😂😂.I did exactly the same on Tuesday. My weeks pills vanished so I tried the old remedy my mum came up with. I kept saying 'pill box' and eventually found it in the bin!!! Don't ask me why it was in there!!
It'll turn up if you stop looking for it.

Thankfully, I found it in the bottom of my wardrobe a short while ago. See post a few above. Honestly, I don't think we keep our minds on what we're doing and we ladies are known for our multi tasking!
Hate to say it but it’s an age thing. I’ve just had to order another box of lateral flow tests having accidentally thrown five swabs away! Try the laundry basket, that’s where I put my Kindle once; didn’t notice until it had been through the wash.

Well my ESP is telling me you should look under the sofa, under the bed -- maybe the container fell into a kitchen drawer if you were filling it on the sink counter. Have you tried dowsing rods?? Let us know if you find it!

There are two things I always keep in the same place: my keys and pillbox. Years ago I could not find my keys anywhere. I was ready to leave the house and if keys were not found soon, I'd be late for work. After that incident, I put a small basket on my desk which was near my front door, so when I came home, the keys were put in the basket. It's so easy when you come home, and you have mail in your hands and maybe also grocery bags or whatever, to just drop keys anywhere, which is not a good idea, and keys have a funny habit of sometimes slipping between couch cushions. So the "rule" was, no matter what, the keys went in the basket. Have never had to look twice for them again. Pillbox I keep in the kitchen in a spot not very visable.
Yes, my pill box and my car keys are always kept in the same places.
I have a hook in my kitchen for my car keys, but one time I couldn't find them and searched high and low. I ended up ringing a friend to see if he'd accidentally taken them with him when leaving my house. As I was asking him I looked at the hook, where the keys should be, and there they were. I would swear they weren't there before!

I lost my keys once and eventually found them inside the sleeve of a clean shirt hanging on the rack of shirts. They flew out when I was putting the shirt on. I still have no idea how they got in there!! To try and find them I used a metal detector all over my fields for hours as I thought they might have fallen out of my pocket while I was out for a walk. Did not think to try using the metal detector in the wardrobe though.
My trick for finding my pill box is to use my very bright head torch to look for it. It's a pink Hello Kitty one so it stands out. I am rather absent minded (have been all my life) so I have left it in some odd places.

Just have a look at the boxes and around where the pills were before you filled the weekly one. Did you empty any? And if yes, where did you put it? Good luck. It may be a Xmas "thing" I have forgotten to take my Digoxins at 9AM...remember at 3pm...poor me!
Oh Jean I'm glad it's not just me! Glad you found it though. I lost a jar of cranberry sauce...found it today in the freezer...jar cracked unfortunately...worse things happen eh? Got an extra guest too so shuffling chairs and peeling more spuds . Merry Christmas Jean and may we all have a good 2022 x
