Thank you to all the wonderful people who took so much trouble to send such detailed and helpful replies.
Feel so cared for! So very reassuring to realise that we all suffer the same horrible symptoms. Having an episode as I write, and trying to put into practice all your great advice.
I am humbled. Thank you.

Always helps to know you are not the only one. I found so much support and information, none of which I knew nor would I have known because it wasn’t mentioned by the doctors, only on this forum.
Best wishes and I hope normal NSR service resumes very soon for you.
Yes this forum is amazing….it calms and takes you into the non scary zone about afib because when we get diagnosed it’s just so frightening….I was so releived three years back when everyone helped me get this into perspective…Wishing you all the best,
This forum has been brilliant. So helpful and informative. Lovely people sharing their knowledge and experiences with what can be horrible & scary episodes of AF. I’ve felt reassured that I am not alone with my episodes and learned coping strategies as well as life style tips. Thank you everyone.
