Long-term Flecainide for atrial tachycardia

Well, my pulse rate is mostly regular now. The strange thing is, I can still feel it doing the occasional somersault and palpitations, even though the pulse remains regular. Anyone else had this?

About ten years after my last AF ablation I developed atrial tachycardia and despite one ablation for this still have a fast heart rate around 85 taking propafanone which is a similar rhythm control drug.

I’m on flecanide and can feel palpations at times, especially at night time when I’m laying in bed

Lauren1999 me too, but I'm on sotalol not flec, so I think it's just the bizarre way afib behaves

Probably just harmless ectopics or small runs of tachycardia, however as your taking Flecainide I would discuss with Doc.

Same thing here, runs of tachy and frequent ectopic beats. Main issue I am having is head to toe skin itching caused by Flecainide and Apixeban. Anyone else having problems? Hi
