Lipo-spheric Vitamin C, CoQ-10 by itself, or CoQ-10 with Ubiquinol, or CoQ-10 with BioPerine

I usually take Vitamin C crystals that dissolve in water, but read that the lipo-spheric stuff maybe better and more potent to tweak the immune system. Has anyone ever tried the lipo-spheric stuff?

Also, I've never taken CoQ-10 of any kind. Is one more effective than another for people with afib?

Thanks!

My understanding is that the liposomal Vitamin C is much more readily and fully absorbed - like 3x more absorbed. So 350 mg liposomal C = 1,000 mg 'regular' vitamin C. Also I think it remains in your blood stream circulating longer, whereas with powdered vitamin c, you would really have to dose every 2-4 hours to keep a level in place. because whatever you take is peed out in that time.

The problem for me is that liposomal C is always integrated with lecithin (either soy or sunflower - sunflower is better!). And lecithin is high in phosphatidylcholine... which is a good useful and healthy thing. But it makes me very agitated. Tweaks neurotransmitters in my brain. Always has. So even though I bought some very pricey liposomal C and have it in my fridge, i cannot use it daily, so am back on powdered Vitamin C for now. Most people do not have that problem with lecithin/phosphatidylcholine. so you may be ok. LipoNaturals is a really good brand. China-free on the C, and no soy lecithin. Sunflower lecithin instead.

Thanks for that info, Planetary Kim! Good to know it's China-free, especially since China is the major source for Vit. C in the planet -- so good to have another option!

Apparently there is only one Vitamin C production facility outside of China in whole world. It's in Dalry Scotland, and they produce the product "Quali-C" which is used in this LipoNaturals Liposomal C. I think the actual plant source of Quali-C is non-GMO corn. A lot of health conscious people are growing increasingly concerned about Vitamin C from China. I think the worry is contamination with heavy metals. So if it says "China-Free" or "Quali-C" then it is coming from this sole manufacturer in Scotland.

This is the one I have bought: liponaturals.com/lipo-natur... I'm going to try it again in very small amount. Am taking 1/2 tsp instead of the recommended 1 Tablespoon. Will see if I can tolerate that. :)

I didn't know the Quali-C was only made in Dalry Scotland, nice to know. I'm also concerned about buying products from China, specifically food products, and will go without if I can't find another source derived elsewhere.

I read about Quali-C and have been using a powdered form by Doctor's Best for a few months. Ingredients list only the Q-C ascorbic acid drbvitamins.com/shop/vitami...
