Anyway the suggestion was that I tried a magnesium supplement.
I thought I’d wait before I tried it because I was due a cardioversion. (Which only worked for three days).
I have now taken 375mg for the last three days and it’s brilliant!
It makes me so much less aware of my AFib and I can enjoy my breakfast again without being distracted and reminded of my racing, twitching heart every morning!

Sadly not Tomred. After my cardioversion on 17th December I only stayed in NSR for 3 days, then back into persistent AFib. I just feel that the magnesium muffles the racing and skipping beats which makes me feel better!
