Hi all hope u are all staying safe and well, some time ago someone spoke about the benefits of taking a vit c with zinc or magnesium for AF effervescent tablets , I cant remember which one it was LOL

If you saw that information on this forum it would most likely have been magnesium, as many members here swear by it helping reduce their symptoms. I take both citrate and glycinate (alternate days), but I believe all types are good, apart from magnesium oxide.

Many vitamins need ascorbic acid to help with absorption. I take my magnesium with fresh orange juice or ascorbic acid. Much cheaper than vitamin C.
