First off all, I like to thank everyone for sending me the lovely messages, I really appreciate it. It has been a very difficult week for me.
My PAF has turned into semi permanent, which I am sure is because off all the stress. I do try to meditate a couple of times a day, but find it very difficult to relax. And I increased my Bisoprolol as the doctor advised me to do. I think it keeps the heart rate down, and therefore is more manageable. I might put another call through to my GP tomorrow.
As you probably have heard on the news, I am not the only one to have my cancer treatment postponed. My oncology nurse did ring but was quite vague as to what I could expect. As the consultants review things on a regular basis. So I might get my operation in 4, 6, or 12 weeks. Not the news to keep me calm.
My sisters funeral was last Wednesday. With only immediate family present. A very strange affair, as there was no wake after the funeral, and her children couldn’t even hug each other. I couldn’t attend but my niece is sending me a recording of the service. Very surreal.
One good thing is that my husband is blissfully unaware of everything that is going on in the world. He lives in his own little world.
I hope you are all keeping safe, and once more thank you for all the support you have shown me.
Love from Rienij
