Just had to share this. Out early today and coffee in M and S. Call of nature. Happened to glance down and in the bottom of the urinal is a plastic mat emblazoned with the name "P Wave" ! Can't get away from AF anywhere these days. lol 😂.

For strictly fans a great final tonight but what are we going to do on Saturday evenings now.

Mind how you go.

Very funny, oh the joys of af following us everywhere even to the loo. I bought a mug in pound land the other week which has the words 'Tired AF' written on the front, still don't know whether it was aimed at us afers, can't imagine what else it could mean.

As a former national ballroom and Latin dance competitor strictly has drawn me in as always. My husband remembers only too well being pulled and pummelled by Shirley Ballas to get him in the positions she demanded of us. What an amazing teacher she was. Voted for Kelvin and Oti all the way this series delighted they won.

Ha ha. Of course, our premier sporting competition here in Australia is the AFL. That stands for the Atrial Fibrillation League.

Think I will suffer "withdrawal symptoms". Best couple won. Will miss Strictly Take 2 each evening as well.

Well that's got my brain overthinking this Sunday morning! P Wave. Yes well, 'P' for pee. But 'wave', for waving it about? I have no idea, is that a common thing in men's urinals, a little mat saying P wave? haha. Just visiting the UK for the holidays, just in time for the final last night. Heart is very naughty at the mo, so I nodded off for five minutes and missed one of the show dances! :o)

Yes, there we are trying to forget we have AF, then wham something reminds us. Now I'm being sensible here (there's always one)! I live in a bungalow and so, when out, walking up any stairs reminds me I have AF, puff, pant, heart racing!

So glad Kelvin won Strictly, I have always voted for him and believe Oti is a fantastic teacher as is cocky Giovanni. I so enjoy that show, just love it and the fact that I think I've now become an expert judge giving my opinions (there's only me thinks that).

Loved last nights show, they all performed so well!

As a golfer, I always try not to see the word Shanks on the toilet ware. Sorry nothing to do with AF.

Hehe! I’m two weeks behind anyway so I’m sure to have found out sooner or later 😂 Glad he won, definitely the best dancer. Although being from Newcastle I was routing for Chris Ramsey!

I thought that coffee was a no no for those of us with AF and there you are going out to have some!

I sigh with relief as not content with watching it my wife replays it twice.

Lots of young ladies in revealing costumes . What's not to like?

(And some of the men if that is your choice.)

What's not to like ? The hysterical presenters and screaming audience.

Not what you're looking for?
