Suddenly Having PVC’s Again

I am 10 months post ablation. Lately I have felt better and wasn’t having the little panic episodes I had been having but in just the last few days I’ve suddenly been throwing a good amount of PVC’s or ectopic beats and I hate it! It makes me feel like I’m about to go into a bad rhythm (a kind of rhythm that sent me to the ER last year which led to the ablation) Does anyone get these or have a way of dealing with them or know anything that helps?

I get them as well 7 months post Ablation,

Cardiolagist said they would go gradually on there own but not gone yet.

they say deep breathing helps, but did nothing for me,

Good luck

Search Deep Breathing for ectopics and try the exercise.

11months post 2nd ablation ectopics and occasional PVC's also frequent high resting heart beat. Hoping its going to calm down over time as no Dr's appears interested in it. Seems that as PAF now not appearing that is all that people are interested in.

Yeah it seems like that with my doctor too. They just say that PVC’s are normal but a nuisance.

Had my ablation 17 months ago and I still get the occasional eptopics, I take magnesium turate everyday which has certainly made them far less intrusive, I use to panic a bit but then I realised they were not going to send me into AF, so I mostly ignore them now and do a bit of deep breathing.
