Entirely normal - your heart has just been zapped.

Not really it is normally many more than a few. 😀
Sounds like things are going well make sure you get a lot of rest.
Things will settle down in time your heart has been through a lot.

The first day or maybe first couple of days, I didn't have any ectopic beats however beginning about the 3rd day I starting having all kinds of ectopic beats, I do remember having a lot of bigemini and trigemini which is where you have 2 or 3 normal beats followed by one "skipped" beat. Everything gradually got better over the next few weeks to months.
