Thank you NO 2.
I am not a number thank you!!
Do you remember in the opening credits when Patrck McGoughan stormed into HQ to resign ? it was actually a shop "Walters World Cameras" next to Lloyds bank in Southampton Row London. I worked there (lloyds) for the last years of my working life and often had tourists (especially Japanese) talking photos of the outside. They would all be there with their bicycle surrey badges on.
Useless fact no 4227.

There is a lot of " showing of age " here lol x
I have stayed in the iconic hotel. It felt wierd after having watched the series all those years ago. The views and ambience of the hotel are fantastic but only go in the summer as when I went the central heating was archaic. You can stsy in any of the other buildings in the village. It is all very odd. X
Gosh, brings back such memories. My father, in control of the, then, programmer, hated the show. Me and my then boyfriend (now OH) had to go to a friends gaff to watch it. Cheese on toast and half a pint. Happy days.😊
I am NOT A NUMBER, I am a FREE MAN, well that's what I keep telling HMRC anyway
Actually, I have a digitally remastered box set of The Prisoner which I view from time to time. Still bloody great.

I went on a Historical Society visit to Portmeirion several years ago. I was expecting ' plastic tat,' but the reality was entirely different. It was enchanting. I'd love to return.
I haven't been there for a while, but stayed in several of the cottages. It is a very atmospheric 'Village' and peaceful. Good for fans of Pat McG and AFibbers alike.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own. That's what it says on the bottom of the mug.
However I have been shocked, stapled, sown up, had bits sawn off and meshes and metal bits inserted. It's a grand life as long as you don't weaken. Viva the NHS.
