Is anyone interested in coming along. We have 4, possibly 5 people already who would like to attend.
Would a Friday lunch time suit everyone? Venue to be decided, but probably a quiet pub or hotel.

Competition for me eh Jean? Must sort something out myself soon. You never came to any of ours?
Too far from you to be competition. It's for we folk who don't like driving very far. I'd be at all the Nosh N Natters if I were happy to drive a longer distance, but it stresses me and I do my best to avoid that now. Hope you are feeling better Bob. x
Hi BobD
I would like to come to yours as well as long as I can get there by train I enjoyed the last one Hope you are improving

Hi Jean , A Friday lunch time it fine for me , am looking forward to all meeting up .
Hi Jean,
May I join you? I live near Exeter . It would be good to have a natter about living with Afib and sharing concerns. Don't know Newton Abbott very well ( have only lived in Devon for just over two years) but I'm sure sat- nav will help. Thanks x
Would Friday the 10th March suit everyone?
I could go back to Woodbury Salterton where we started the West Country Cell Lunches. Most of the people who came to the four we had there were from Bristol area which is why we moved the venue to Taunton. I licensed the "Nosh and Natter" title to Ian by the way about three years ago but you are welcome to steal it.
Oh Bob, I've turned into a 'right ninny' and I wouldn't want to drive that distance now, see that's what happens when men always drive and ferry their ladies around! It's already going to be about 14 miles for me to get to Newton Abbot. Please feel free to contact any of the others who have responded and let them know about your get togethers. Or better still, if you are well enough, post the date of one of yours.
Thank you for allowing me to steal your Nosh and Natter title, its brilliant and sums up exactly what the meetings are about.
Oy..... You can't re-license something I have already stolen
Hi BobD
First, apologies if you got more than one message from me, I was interrupted and not sure if it sent.
I'd love to come along and put some faces to names. I've recently moved from Kent to Wells in Somerset and I'm still trying to find my way around, thank goodness for satnavs! Taunton would be good for me but I'm happy to travel further, within reason. I'm three weeks post ablation and doing well so far.
I look forward to meeting up.
Val
Hi Bob
I thought I read a message that said a day you was organizing Nosh and Natter but I can't find the message have you decided on date and where
CarolB
Would love to join you all but unfortunately a bit too far for me. Will have to wait for another of BobD's get togethers or maybe one in Cardiff again.
It's a bit too far for me in Bristol.
Yes, Bobs get together near Taunton will be a lot nearer for you.
All my messages are coming through in another language and wont let me answer
how can i send personal message pls
Click on the name (in blue writing) of the person you want to message. Then on the top right hand of that page you'll see a white box with 'message' inside click on that and your ready to type.
So tempting Jean.....and so much better looking than Beancounter too, and he's always so rude about me!!......but Waterloo is a bit nearer and methinks he would throw a tantrum if I forsaked him for another!!!! Hope it goes well.....John
Hi Jean
I'm back and its back in English what would I do without my son. If you think Newton Abbot would be ok for everyone I could find some names see what you think would best
Carol
Hi Jean,
I began attending Bobd's N & N originally at Budleigh but the travelling was a bit prohibitive once the venue changed to Taunton. I have thought about starting one down here Penzance way but I really have too many commitments to apply myself what with work and all. BUT - hey ! - Newton Abbot is much more appealing and I could have a day out, use my old gits train pass and travel by train .... so how near to the train station would the venue be ?? Also, any chance of a Wednesday - I work Thurs, Fri and Saturday. If not I might be able to swap a working day with a work colleague. How often do you plan to N & N ??
John (from Cornwall)
This will be our first meeting John, so not sure when we'll have the next. After discussion with others Friday was the best day, so if you could make that it would be lovely. Do hope you can come. We haven't decided for sure on the venue in Newton Abbot, but buses are frequent and we may be going to one that is along the no 12 bus route (these buses run every 10minutes). Will make sure our venue is easy to get to.
Jean
Hi, I would be interested in coming along, and I think 10 March is Ok. I tried to send you private message but it told me you didn't exist! Sometimes this site can be sooo frustrating! I think I'm now following you- who knows!
Ok, Trish, would be lovely to see you. Will let you know where we're meeting, it will be somewhere easy to find.
Jean
Luckily living between the two venues (Taunton \\\\\7 \\\newton Abbot) I can come to both. I think March 10th is OK for me. It would be usefull to know how far from the Station the venue is as I can drive or train & Buggy as is practical.
Hi Jean thanks for arranging a get together. I would certainly like to come along and Friday 10th March is good for me.
Best wishes, Gloria
