Hi all, relatively new here...glad to be a part of this group.
So I’ve been taking Mag Tuarate for the last couple of years to help with AF control...has been working well for me.
My question to this group is: has anyone been taking different forms of mag simultaneously? After reviewing the specific benefits of each form, I am considering adding another form of mag to my regimen.
Thanks

I take small amounts of magnesium -never more than 100mg at a time - throughout the day - magnesium citrate in the morning , magnesium oxide combined with calcium after lunch and a mixture of malate and biglycinate in the evening. The latter also has taurine in it. Altogether less than 400mg. I also eat a handful of nuts most days . This regime suits me and I have not had an attack of afib since I started it after my last attack in mid October.
I take 2 x Mag. Taurate 125mg in the morning with 1 x 1000mg Taurine and at Lunch I take 2 x Mag. Malate 100mg.
When I finish the Mag Malate I,m going to use Mag Oratate ( 2 x 52.7mg )
I cant handle magnesium after 2pm as it keeps me awake , I get a lot of reverse symptoms with supplements . If I forgetfully take magnesium too late I have to take Melatonin so I can sleep.
