Good morning all .Woke up this moring went down for breakfast and NO flush or palpitations Seem to be breathing easier to Chest feels lighter Feels weird really as it's not the norm .Is this not being in AF

Drank fresh lemon in my water most of yesterday I have started not eating after 7.30pm and I tried to not sleep on left side which I always have .It does feel weird though I'm a little off balance but BP is slightly up

Good morning Vonnie it's good to hear you are feeling a bit better .

Maybe you are starting to feel a little less anxious and that is good for your body and your AF. Remember anxiety produces hormones that are helpful if we are running from a bull but do no good at all to those of us with AF. Keep breathing slowly and steadily and telling yourself 'I will be calm'
