Few mild palpitations this morning with flushing feelings pulse in 70s still Could it be my anxiety due to starting back work tomorrow

Probably not AF related, it'll be the anxiety kicking in. Try to distract yourself, consider looking at some coping techniques and remember you're not going there to be superwoman just to slip back into it and no pressure.

Hi Vonnie

I read this article and thought of you (and me). This talks about anxiety after a weekend. It’s very natural after a long time off to be more anxious. I was a nervous wreck when I went back to work after my ankle reconstruction- that was 4 1/2 months. With my current issues I’m likely to be off for 5 or 6 months. Anyway, thinking of you and sending a virtual hug 🤗
