Feeling exhausted

I am new here. I have been on Diltiazem, Eliquis (Apixaban),Hydrochlorothiazide, Rosuvastatin for a couple of years now after a AF diagnosis. No surgery. This last few months I am feeling exhausted after only a few hours even after a decent nights sleep. I feel like I could just go back to bed. No energy. Could it be the drugs - or is something else changing.

Diltiazem did that to me but the fact that this exhaustion is recent suggests you should seek medical advice. The notes with Rivaroxaban say you should report tiredness to your doctor, but it could be nothing to do with the AF at all.

It might be the drugs, but then again maybe not. Talk to your cardiac EP.
