Thanks Bob - I've quoted your advise from your previous posts to ' im indoors' ! I'm so determined to let my ticker have the rest and recovery it requires after 4 hrs of PAF gradually getting worse I'll do all I can to aid my recovery !

Great. Expect lots of odd arrhythmias. You may be lucky and have none but i had lots, gradually reducing over 5 (yes, 5) months. Then nothing. Bliss. That was November 2013 and still in NSR.
