Was in nsr for 4 days now in Af with eptopic beats, 5 or more single ve's and multiple ve's whatever that means? That ablation lasted long, my cardioversion lasted longer, a hole 9 days! Lol

My alivecore ecg 4 days after ablation

Steve, give it time mate your jumping the gun a bit. Its gonna get better, how much remains to be seen but it will get better. Chin up and stay positive!
Please get someone to take your Alivecor away from you! If you can't tell you are in AF without it all you are doing is upsetting yourself. That reading may be technically AF but it is not very irregular, not the piano score effect I am used to. Download the Criminal Case app and play! You'll be concentrating so hard you'll forget what is going on.
Your heart is mad. It is telling you. You tell it to get over it.
Granny lecture over 😊
Steve, put that Alivecor away....it is doing you more harm than good!!!
For the moment just Let It Be & try to get your mind away from your hearts activities . There are bound to be funny things going on....its very early days.
Sandra
If you're still worried tomorrow, give your AF nurse a call to help put your mind at rest.

STOP worrying it is far too early. Worry in three months if things do not improve.

May I just echo everyone here to remind you that your heart has just been burned or frozen and needs months to heal. Having irregular beats during the blanking period is par for the course, even having full blown AF at this point does not mean that the ablation was not successful. Please relax and just take really good care of yourself as you heal. And again....put the Alivecor in a drawer far away.
Steve - I feel for you with your worries. BUT - you've just had a serious heart procedure, even if it is not defined as surgery and your heart is bound to react. It's how to cope with the reaction that is the problem and anxiety always raises the adrenaline levels, making things worse for you.
If you had seriously fractured your leg and were in plaster to the hip, would you expect to play rugby after 4 or 5 days? Perhaps thinking of your heart in those terms and imagining a great big plaster cast helping it to heal might calm your fears.
Get through today, post on here if you want to and contact your physician tomorrow for reassurance.
Best wishes
Way too early as your heart is recovering from all that interference. It took 5 months for my AF and various arrhythmias to stop and now two years later am still AF free.
Stay optimistic.
