Good Evening wonderful community, im sad because I discovered this community so late. I had a 2nd opinion scheduled for my Dad this Friday to discuss clinical trials, but he passed away yesterday. I think he knew I meant well and was standing strong for us, but was tired. He put up the peace sign amd said yall can have this crazy world. Lol. I appreaciate all og the support, and will continue to pray for you all.

Dear Robyn, I am so very sorry for your loss. There is a peace in know that you did everything you could do at the time. Maybe you are second guessing that now which is normal. It's easy to think, "if only I did this or if only I did that.". Be kind to yourself. Your dad sounds like a cool guy. Sending you much love and prayers. In the end you were there and giving him care and love. Bless you for that.

The grieving process is unpredictable and can grab hold of you by hearing a song, visiting a familiar place or just going through your daily routine. I wish you to be able to enjoy life again and move forward when your grief has lightened. Fathers always want this for their children.
