Has anyone participated in the Duke CHAMP trial?

I have an aggressive and somewhat rare form of metastatic prostate (super low PSA, high CEA). Being treated at Duke. I went off Pluvicto after two doses. Duke is putting me into their CHAMP trial.

Has anyone out there participated in this trial?

Thanks much

Agreed. I have heard him speak and I have heard his patients give raving testimonials. I am super psyched to get this thing going. Thanks for responding to this post and my post last week!

Are you already a Duke patient? I fortunately live 20 minutes from the Duke Cancer Center and have been treated at Duke the last 2 1/2 years.

No sir - I live 5 or 6 hours from the locations. I am OK to drive if they can enroll me in the clinical trials. I sent email to them.

I hope and pray you get in! They're working on "onboarding" me now.

I do not know how well worked as I’m still battling this beast but I was able to tolerate the treatment regimen of chemo and immunotherapy. I believe it kept the cancer at bay for a while. Then it reared its ugly head after a year into the trial and I was removed from it.

You may wish to contact a member (antisocialsocialwrkr) and ask her about her Father's participation in the "Duke CHAMP Trial - Dr. Armstrong". She posted 4 separate posts around a year ago (see H.U. history file) mentioning that trial.

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
