Started Triplet-therapy (Lupron + Nubeqa) then added Chemo Docetexel 6 cycles on August 22, 2024 (3 weeks apart).

Before chemo 20-Aug-2024: PSA 5.02

After 1st cycle 10-Sep-2024: PSA 3.1

After 2nd cycle 01-Oct-2024: PSA 2.09

After 3rd cycle 22-Oct-2024: PSA 1.49

After 4th cycle 12-Nov-2024: PSA 1.52

I am really worried about the slight increase in PSA after 4th cycle. Please advise.

that is a meaningless increase. There are variations in testing that will cause changes in PSA . Don't give this another thought.

I wouldn’t treat this as any form of increase. Look forward to your next check positively, you respond well to the treatment.

We always worry when the meter goes up....even if it's just 3 points....Just think of it as half time and the opposing team got a field goal to take the lead.....There's plenty of game left.....
