I completed 6 Pluvicto infusions at Fred Hutch in Seattle and have been inquiring about more. So far my options appear to be offshore…likely Heidelberg via referral from Mayo Clinic in MN.

Some of our brothers have gone to India for lu-177 as well, around $6,000 per session. Those who have will give you all the details and cost hotels, food etc. My understanding was treatment, flights, hotel stay multiple days, transfer to/from top notch hotel and hospital airport, food etc about $10,000 total or less

that is true, I have made 5 trips over two sessions with Ishita Sen, She uses a higher dose and thus fewer infusions. ITM Germany produces the Lu. She is very responsive , intelligent , and they now have new scanners. You best have someone explain your SUV uptake plus I do not understand your desire to keep on getting infused. No data is supplied here and you can go toxic. I was spaced two years and my blood work showed I could sustain it. Blue Skies

Take a break and get a rechallenge when a PSMA scan shows new mets. You may take Xtandi as a maintenance therapy.
