Is it ok to do brisk walking just before doing a PSA test. I know One should avoid cycling for a couple of days.

In regards to psa testing, cycling and sex should be avoided three days before the test because they have a impact on the prostate through pressure or stimulation. Activities such as walking should not have an impact on the psa test.

I just got my psa test results, was 0.4 now 0.5 for two weeks I have been logging out dead trees, lifting logs, and bouncing up downback and forth on my tractor. Wake up with aches and pain lower back. So who knows how much I screwed up my test results. One good sign is I still have energy to do all this. Remember I am still taking the Ivermectin and Mebendazole have no idea if it's helping but my liver kidney blood test all good in range so that's good.

Are you taking Tudca and modified citrus pectin?

I still take the Tudca but not all the time, stop taking MCP due to the fact I'm taking Ivermectin.

I don't understand. Iver can cause kidney damage. That's the purpose of the Tudca, and MCP removes toxins that may be produced by investing Menben and Iver, right?

Where did you read about ivermectin causing kidney damage

Mcp lowers the half life of the Iver and Menben. My liver and kidney function blood work just done is normal range . Both are taken with 30-40grams of fat to allow for better bio availability. I would think MCP may lower affectiveness of many drugs that need to remain in the body .

MCP is to be taken on an empty stomach, with a 30-60 min waiting period for Tudca, then another 30-60 minutes for Iver/Fenben/Menben. That's simply how I do it. Been of the protocol for just at 14 months. My blood work shows good liver functionality.

Will keep that in mind, do you think the Ivermectin is helping you ? I can't say till next scan.

I've had 2 CT w/contrast after my initial PSMA/PET. Per MO, no continued growth. However, I do have mets to lymphs. I'll need another PET to be certain. In honesty, I can't say I see any die off, but I remain hopeful. It's quite a bit of $$ monthly, especially with all my other supplements.

Where do you order the Ivermectin and Mebendazole from and cost? Also, how much do you take of each daily? Thanks! Chaplain J

Going for a brisk walk can be enjoyable and great exercise. You are talking just on flat ground/street type and not an off road/gravel or trail walk?? 😉
