Keep us updated on your progress. Some of us on here are ATM mutation positive. Is this part of a clinical trial? Are you actually take the Talzenna formulation?
Although it is approved for the ATM mutation, it really only works well for men who have the BRCA mutation. And it is very toxic:

I suggest you enroll in the following clinical trial of a second generation PARP inhibitor. In early trials, it seems they may be beneficial against ATM+ and they are quite a bit less toxic. Module 5 accepts men in your category:
