8 years and counting.

well 8 years ago I got the sad face from my doctor. 50/50 chance of 5 years. Now as my wife would say I’m past my expectations date. On top of that just had hip surgery on both hips. Went in for one hip, left hip ball worn out, but x rays showed that the cancer had eaten all the way across the femur bone in my right hip. Said it was a wonder that I hadn’t broken it. So partial replacement on the left and pinned the right. Had to drill thru the cancer in my right femur, so worried about that but pathology report came back as the cancer was dead 🙏🙏. Now to get healed up and ready for several more years 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I like to read stories like this from long term survivors. It's been six years for me and I'm hoping for a few more as well.
