Solitary enhancing nodule left prostate bed. Neg PSMA PET x 3 over two year period. Visible on 3 MRIs. Size seems stable but slowly rising PSA. Current PSA 0.35.

Considering Bx before RT decision vs continuing AS. If Bx may do another Decipher. Initial decipher 0.69 high risk. Robotic prostatectomy Oct 2016.

Initial path 3+4; 10% pattern 4; GG 2; TV 12%; Extensive multifocal EPE; neg SM; neg SV. Unusual location posterior midline around ejaculation duct.

Unusual hormone levels: markedly elevated LH & FSH; extremely low Free T with normal TT. Treated hypothyroid.

Osteoporosis femoral necks so HT may worsen. Age 83 but otherwise in good health. Swim 1/2 mile three time a week.
