Creeping PSA after RP
If I were in your chair, I'd maximize PT/diet tailoring, and do the Provenge protocol if I could qualify. I'm new here and very naiive about much of the disease and it's treatments, but feel obligated to pass on anything I've that could assist anyone in the war.

With those numbers, I wouldn't rush into anything. The main thing is to try to avoid 'PSA anxiety' & enjoy each day.

I would be looking at the time frame for the increase. In general, the slower it's rising, the less urgent it is to do anything. What is the time spread with the numbers you posted?
6 months .05 to .08 then 3 months till .07 Have another coming up April 20. Going to do every 3 months for the next year. RP was 7-2017 . First year PSA test floor was <.1 ordered by my URO because URO said we don't do anything till .2. I was not comfortable with not knowing if it was sneaking up on me, so I changed to a uPSA lab.
Looks like a slow change, I wouldn't even think about it.
Your numbers are still low. When the time comes you may want to at least try ADT treatments, Casodex, Zytiga, or Xtandi.
Your PSA numbers are pretty good.....don't worry mine is 0.27 after 19 years...I'm 67 and refuse to let my number get me down. How is your quality of life right now? That is what I look at. my quality of life is real good...I'll deal with this when I need to ...I hope you do the same! CHEERS!
You are older than me but I am in a similar position in that after RP I am just monitoring PSA readings with no other treatment. I am also restricted for any future treatments by having a kidney transplant. So what can be done to try and slow the return of PCa without ruining the quality of life? My choice is exercise, healthy eating and supplements. At least I feel that I am doing something to fight the desease, which helps to ease anxiety.
So oldbeek here come my questions. "Is there a mouse loose in the house?". Where are you located? being treated? Doctor(s) name(s)? Answers are voluntary, but they help us help you and help us. If you answer then please answer on a separate post in the future (do not respond to me). Thank you.
